Eleanor Hughes

Eleanor is an experienced Occupational Therapist with 12 years of experience working within private practice paediatric clinics, early intervention centres, specialist developmental schools across Melbourne and throughout the Northern Territory.

Eleanor was also sessional lecturer in the Masters of Occupational Therapy program at Swinburne University in Melbourne.

Eleanor graduated from AUT University in Auckland in 2012 before quickly moving over to Australia.

Eleanor is trained in DIR Floortime, ADOS assessment and clinical supervision for OT’s, OT students and Allied Health Assistants. In the future she wishes to expand her knowledge and practice around FAS-D assessment and intervention.

Eleanor values culturally informed and collaborative practice. She is a playful and caring therapist who especially enjoys supporting young children and their families.
