Phoebe Doria

Occupational Therapist

Phoebe is originally from the Philippines and brings over 12 years of experience as a paediatric occupational therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas. Phoebe relocated to Sydney, where she provided support to children in the Western Area for two years, before moving to Cairns to further extend her reach to regional areas. She is passionate about embracing a neurodiversity-affirming approach, supported by evidence-based practices, to empower neurodivergent children.

Throughout her career, Phoebe has worked closely with children of all abilities, focusing on helping them develop the skills and confidence need to excel in their daily activities and build positive community interactions. With a particular interest in the role of interoception in emotional regulation, Phoebe ensures her approach is child-cantered and effective in meeting each child’s unique needs.

Now based in Cairns, Phoebe enjoys exploring the stunning landscapes of Far North Queensland through hiking and outdoor activities. She loves cooking, experimenting with different cuisines from around the world and bringing global flavours into her kitchen.
